Ultra Luxurious Penthouses Still Have Edge

Penthouse 2 in BellaMaré, closed for $2,800,000 in decorator-ready condition. The new buyer plans to combine Penthouse 2 with Penthouse 1, to make one total large Penthouse with adjusted Square Footage of 11,503 Sq Ft.
